OUR MISSION
Hangar 136 is, first and foremost, a passion driven project. We never wanted to be a quick turnaround, get-in-get-out car sales business that prioritises its bottom line over its customer experience. That’s not what we’re about.
Rather, Hangar 136 was born from the collective vision of a small group of like-minded enthusiasts that wanted to remind people of what classic motoring should be about – the fun, the enjoyment, and the experience. By bringing together an eclectic mix of interesting, honest, and usable classics of every type and from from every era, our mission is not only to help support the classic car community of today, but also to encourage and inspire the classic car community of tomorrow.

Bicester Heritage Community
It’s difficult to talk about the classic car community in the UK without talking about Bicester Heritage. Located on the outskirts of Oxford, just a short drive or train from Central London, the former WW2 RAF Bomber Training Station is home to a unique community of over 45 industry-leading specialists in the classic car world, and has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s foremost hubs for historic motoring. And that’s why we’re proud to be one of Bicester’s newest residents.

HERO-ERA x HANGAR 136
Through our partnership with HERO-ERA – the world’s leading organiser of Historic Endurance Rallying events – Hangar 136 has unique access to one of the industry’s largest global communities of historic motoring enthusiasts. We aim to use this network to establish Hangar 136 as the ‘go to’ trading platform for the purchase and sale of historic rally, race and event-prepared cars.
