This 1969 Jaguar E-Type Series 2 OTS is a right-hand drive, UK-market car – a surprisingly rare thing being just 1 of 745 examples built.

Assembled on 1 December 1969, it’s a matching numbers example, retaining its original factory colour and verified by a Heritage Certificate.

With approximately 88,300 miles on the clock (up from 62,330 when acquired in 2015), this E-Type has been regularly enjoyed for tours and road trips, and has been upgraded and maintained throughout by a very careful and meticulous owner.

2003/4 Restoration: At 45,000 miles, Alan Carrington Sports Cars performed a full restoration, documented with photos and receipts on file.

Regular Servicing: Initially CF Autos, an E-Type specialist in Kent, and thereafter Ed Watson Engineering in Leicestershire.

2019/20 Bodywork: New floors, reinforced Martin Robey sills, and a refreshed battery carrier area were fitted, followed by a partial repaint. In 2020, a minor 10mph front-end nudge prompted a new £10k bonnet from Jaguar Classic, new picture frame, engine frames, plus a full repaint—all diligently recorded.
