Produced only for the 1976-77 model years, the Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 is a rare beast indeed.

It was introduced to bridge the gap between Porsche’s legendary 2.7L series of 911 and the newer ‘SC’ model line.

It’s engine was essentially a naturally aspirated version of the flagship 930 Turbo unit, with a few notable exceptions, including:
