ABOUT THIS CAR

This Car

Delivered new to Gran Canaria on the 11th January 1968.

While the car’s original Spanish ‘Technical Inspection Card’ shows yearly stamps throughout the 80s and 90s, there is little accompanying history to document its early life.

What we do know, however, is that in the year 2000, the car was acquired by the Barcelona based Porsche racing specialists, Nou Onze, who subsequently prepared and demonstrated the car at a number of prestigious parades and historic rallying events – including the Monte Carlo Historique and the Rally Costa Brava Historic.

In 2019, the the car received a extensive recommission, including a full re-spray in the gorgeous Polo Red colour it wears today, along with new body rubbers all round and an major engine service.

Since being imported into the UK in 2021, the car has received further recommissioning work under the current ownership, most notably from marque specialists 912 Revival, with a list of works totalling over £10,000:
